This is a blend of oils which strengthens your immune systems. This spring I caught one of the awful flu bugs and had a fever for two days and found it difficult just to sit upright. Once I could stomach anything I began taking Inner Defense, one capsule every hour, and my fever finally broke. I reduced the dose and maintained one a day for the next two weeks; just to ensure that my body fully healed. |

| This is called a "nutrient infusion". It is a drink made from the whole wolfberry fruit as well as some of the highest known antioxidant fruit juices - blueberry, pomegranate, apricot, raspberry, dark grape. Studies have shown antioxidants effect with aging as well as many diseases such as heart diseases, cancers, nervous system disorders and more. NingXia Red received the following scores from Brunswick Laboratories: | |
|
ORAC - 1,500/oz (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) S-ORAC - 363/oz. (specific test for scavenging activity against the super oxide radical) NingXia Red is also low glycemic 10.6 so it won't spike your blood sugar. I simply take 1 ounce of this drink most days. It comes in 1-liter glass bottles or 1-ounce packets. I use the 1-ounce packets in my children's school lunches. My 13-year-old daughter has commented that on days she does not have the NingXia red she has a tough time staying awake and focused in her afternoon classes. She has great energy the days she has the NingXia Red. |

| This essential oil is called the "Swiss-army-knife" because it has so many uses. I personally use Young Living Lavender oil on cuts, scrapes, on the bridge of my nose at night to relieve dry eyes, also to aid with allergy symptoms, on the back of the neck and shoulders to help get a good nights sleep and more. My children and myself have used it on bruises to stop the pain as well as bug bites. | |

| Peppermint has historically been used with digestive issues, nausea, and to freshen breath. This is a family favorite. We use peppermint on the back of the neck and inhale it from our palms for headaches. We also put a drop in a 24 ounce metal bottle of water. This is a refreshing drink, aids digestion, helps with nausea and freshens your breath, even better that a mint as it gets to work in the digestive system. Note: Do not use oils in a plastic bottle. | |

This is an oil blend so named because the recipe comes from thieves in
England who used this blend to protect them from the plague when stealing
from the sick and dying. This blend contains clove, lemon, cinnamon bark,
eucalyptus radiata and rosemary cineol.
I use thieves oil when I feel an illness coming on or to kill bad odors and in cleaning. In 1997, Weber State University conducted studies on the antibacterial effectiveness of the blend against airborne microorganisms and showed a 90% reduction in organisms after diffusing Thieves of 12 minutes. |

Almost 40% of our immune system in in our intestines, usage of antibiotics kills not just the "bad" bacteria, but the "good" bacteria as well. Eating lots of sugars and processed foods feeds the "bad" bacteria. Probiotics have been studied as a treatment for many conditions and their side effects including: |
